Delivery charges apply to all orders and depending on distance.

When you place an order, the accuracy of the name, address, town, city, postal code is essential for us to be able to complete the delivery. 

 

For delivery to a building, be sure to enter the apartment number.

Additional fees may be requested in the case of collective accommodation (building, apartment, studio).

In other cases, deliveries will be made the next day. We cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays and public holidays unless we have confirmed that we can do so.
La Fée Léonie makes it a point to respect the delivery time you have chosen. 
However, certain circumstances, such as road conditions, may cause some delays.

We reserve the right to communicate with the recipient to agree on the delivery time.  and on the condition of receiving confirmation from the recipient. 

Some arrangements may vary slightly from the illustration, some balloons may not be available all year round. 
However, we ask you to trust the professional and artistic sense of our designers.
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the results.

The prices indicated are in Canadian dollars and do not include delivery costs or taxes (GST and QST).

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes we will deliver on the CHOSEN day.

Do you deliver throughout Quebec?

YES, we deliver throughout Quebec by the PUROLATOR, CANPAR or Canada Post delivery service depending on the region.

What are the delivery times ?

Same day in Montreal and surrounding areas within a 30km radius (here is the list below)

Same day delivery is possible if we receive your order before NOON Eastern Time.

What are the areas for a 1 day delivery time?

Within a radius between 30 and 100km around Montreal,

allow 2 to 3 days for Quebec City and surrounding areas

What happens if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

We may attempt delivery without notice. If the recipient is absent, we will leave a note asking them to call us to arrange another appointment (additional costs will be billed to the sender.)
